Terms of Service
Effective date: September 15, 2026.
1. What this service is
PlumberLeads ("we", "the service") is a referral and matching service. We transmit your quote request to independent plumbing contractors and transmit their contact information to you. We are not a plumbing contractor, we do not employ or supervise plumbers, and we do not perform, guarantee, or warrant any plumbing work.
2. No obligation, no fee for homeowners
Submitting a request is free and creates no obligation to hire anyone. We are compensated by the contractors in our network for introductions. Any payment for work performed goes entirely from you to the contractor you hire.
3. Independent contractors
Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They are solely responsible for their own licensing, insurance, bonding, employees, advice, estimates, workmanship, and conduct. We screen for licensure and insurance at intake, but we do not continuously monitor any contractor, and we make no representation or warranty about the quality, safety, or legality of any work performed.
4. Quotes and estimates are not binding
Any price or timeframe a plumber communicates to you is an estimate made by that plumber. Final price depends on conditions discovered on site. Agree on scope and price directly with the contractor, in writing, before work begins.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlumberLeads is provided "as is" and "as available", and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any damages arising from the acts, omissions, or workmanship of any contractor introduced through the service, including property damage, water damage, or personal injury. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to $100.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false, automated, or duplicate requests; not to use the service to harvest contractor contact information; and not to interfere with the operation of the site. We may refuse or discard requests that appear spammy, abusive, or commercial in nature.
7. Communications consent
By submitting a request you consent to contact from up to three contractors about that request, as further described in our Privacy Policy, including our TCPA disclosure regarding calls and texts to the number you provide.
8. Intellectual property
The site content, structure, and city pages are owned by PlumberLeads. You may link to our pages freely; you may not republish substantial portions of the content without permission.
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; the current version is always this page. Disputes will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation via support@plumberleads.top.
