Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

When you submit a quote request we collect: your name, phone number, email address, the description of your plumbing problem, the urgency level you select, and the city your request is tied to. We also collect technical request data — your IP address, browser user agent, and the country/region derived from your connection — for security and abuse prevention.

We do not ask for your street address, payment information, or any government identifiers. We do not create accounts.

2. How we use it

Your request exists for one purpose: to match you with up to three licensed plumbers who serve your city. Your name, phone, email, problem description, urgency, and city are shared with those plumbers so they can contact you with quotes.

Technical data is used to prevent spam and abuse, and to debug the service. Aggregate counts (how many requests a city produced) are used internally to measure coverage.

3. Who we share it with

Your contact details and problem description are shared with up to three independent plumbing contractors in our network for the purpose of quoting your job. We do not sell your information to data brokers, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Plumbers who receive your request handle it under their own privacy practices; we encourage you to ask them how they retain your details.

4. Marketing calls and TCPA consent

By submitting a request, you consent to be contacted by up to three local plumbing contractors — including by phone call or text message at the number you provide — regarding your request, even if that number appears on a corporate, state, or federal Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchase; you may instead obtain quotes by contacting plumbers directly.

You may revoke consent at any time by telling the plumber directly, or by contacting us at support@plumberleads.top.

5. Storage and retention

Requests are stored in Cloudflare KV storage with encryption in transit and at rest. We retain request records indefinitely as business records; if you would like your request deleted, email support@plumberleads.top with the reference number shown after submission and we will remove it.

6. Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. We may measure basic, aggregate page analytics; these measurements are not linked to your submitted details.

7. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing support@plumberleads.top. Residents of US states with comprehensive privacy laws (e.g. California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah) have the right to know, delete, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined.

8. Children

This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially, we will update this page and revise the effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
